TS Galaxy have secured the future of Kamogelo Sebelebele with a new long-term contract, extending his stay at the club until 2030.

The talented 22-year-old winger, who has attracted interest from prominent South African clubs such as Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs, continued to impress with his outstanding performances last season.

His initial contract would have expired in June 2028. However, following his notable performances in the 2024/25 season—including a national team call-up to the COSAFA Cup—the club decided to offer him a new deal.

Since being promoted from TS Galaxy’s youth academy in March 2022, Sebelebele has become a key figure, featuring in 98 matches across all competitions. In the 2024/25 season alone, he has made 29 appearances, netting five goals and providing two assists.

Known for his versatility, Sebelebele has played as a right winger, right back, left winger, and even in central midfield. He was impressive in his debut for Bafana Bafana, helping South Africa reach the tournament final.

COULD KAMOGELO SEBELEBELE BE EARMARKED FOR OVERSEAS MOVE?

Despite his young age, Sebelebele has already gained four seasons of experience in top-flight football. In his debut year, he made five appearances in the second half of the season.

During the 2022/23 season, he scored three goals in 30 matches. The following season, he played 34 games and netted two goals.

He has developed the ability to create rhythm by carrying the ball along the wings and times his runs effectively. Sebelebele is also good at eliminating opponents and delivering forward passes.

His lengthy contract suggests a possible intention to sell him abroad.

The Mpumalanga-based club has a history of developing and selling talented players, most recently exporting Samukelo Kabini to Molde FK in Norway.
