Sekhukhune United have further strengthened their squad for the upcoming 2025/26 PSL season by securing the services of midfielder Olerato Mandi.
This acquisition is part of the club’s ongoing efforts to bolster their team in preparation for the new season.
Mandi joins Babina Noko from the Motsepe Foundation Championship side, Pretoria Callies. The 22-year-old had a decent 2024/25 season with Callies, where he featured in 27 games across all competitions and found the back of the net on three occasions.
Mandi, who was born in Kuruman, Northern Cape, played as a winger at his former club last term. He also had a stint with TS Galaxy back in the 2022/23 campaign.
OLERATO MANDI BECOMES THE NINTH SIGNING FOR SEKHUKHUNE UNITED
Mandi marks the ninth confirmed signing for the Limpopo club, which has been active during this transfer window.

Since this transfer window period opened, the club has announced eight additional players: Sydney Malivha, Miguel Timm, Bradley Grobler, Sphiwe Mahlangu, Malekgene Mampuru, Toaster Nsabata, Manuel Sapunga, and Ronaldo Maarman.
As Sekhukhune are working hard to rope in new players for the new campaign, the Eric Tinkler-coached side has let go of Loydt Kazapua, Kamohelo Sithole, Miguel Dias, Alves Ngakosso, and Lindokuhle Mtshali.
At the same time, Katlego Otladisa and Sipho Mbule departed the club following the conclusion of their loan periods. Otladisa returned to his parent team, Orlando Pirates, where he was later joined by Mbule following the expiration of his contract with Mamelodi Sundowns.
To stay competitive in the SA elite league, they also renewed the contracts of Linda Mntambo, Chibuike Ohizu, Daniel Cardoso, Vusimuzi Ncube, and Tresor Tshibwabwa.
Sekhukhune will kick off their season with an MTN8 quarter-final match against TS Galaxy on Saturday, July 2, at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane. The game will commence at 18:00.
