Sekhukhune United forward Andy Boyeli has completed his move to Young Africans SC as the Tanzanian giants continue to strengthen their striking force.
Boyeli will add to Yanga’s forward options, who already have Prince Dube, Jean Baleke, and Clement Mizize in the forwards department.
The 24-year-old moves to Yanga on a season-long loan ahead of the 2025/26 campaign from the Betway Premiership side Babina Noko.
Yanga confirmed the Boyeli loan deal on Thursday night, 31 July 2025. “Welcome to the champions family, Andy Boyeli,” wrote the club on their social media platforms.
Boyeli signed for the Limpopo club in July 2024 from Power Dynamos FC, competing in the Zambian top-flight.
The Eric Tinkler-coached side loaned out the Congolese frontman after bolstering their striking options with the acquisition of Sphiwe Mahlangu and Bradley Grobler from TS Galaxy and SuperSport United, respectively.
Sekhukhune also brought back talented forward Wonderboy Makhubu, who showed stellar displays during his loan spell at Magesi FC last season.
HOW ANDY BOYELI FARED AT THE BETWAY PREMIERSHIP SIDE SEKHUKHUNE UNITED LAST SEASON
Last season, Boyeli featured in 27 matches across all competitions for Sekhukhune. In those 27 games, the player managed to find the back of the net on six occasions.

In addition, Boyeli was named the Betway Premiership Player of the Month following his satisfying performances in January.
This came after he scored four goals during that period. This featured a match against AmaZulu FC, along with a remarkable hat-trick against SuperSport United, who have sold their PSL status to Siwelele FC.
SEKHUKHUNE UNITED CONFIRMS ANDY BOYELI’S LOAN DEAL TO YANGA SC
On Friday, August 1, 2025, Sekhukhune confirmed Boyeli’s loan deal to Yanga after spending a season with the club.
“The club confirms a loan agreement for Congolese marksman, Andy Boyeli. He joins Tanzania Premier League champions, Young Africans SC – a move aimed at his continued growth. Represent us well, Andy,” said the club in a statement.
Yanga are the 2024/25 NBC Premier League champions, having clinched the title on the last day by defeating arch-rivals Simba SC 2-0 in the Kariakoo Derby at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.
The club finished at the top of the Tanzanian elite league with 82 points from 30 outings, just four points ahead of second-placed Simba.
To top it off, this was Yanga’s fourth consecutive NBC Premier League title, and the side will be gunning to continue where they left off last campaign under the tutelage of former Mamelodi Sundowns assistant Romain Folz.
