Siyasi has resurfaced at TS Galaxy and is currently training with the Mpumalanga club. FARPost has learned that the Bloemfontein-based side unveiled the player before they finalised his signing.

After a contractual disagreement, the player moved on and is on the verge of joining The Rockets. The 22-year-old right back, who spent last season at Venda FC in the second division, boasts eight caps in the youth national teams. He featured in the national team that lost the 2018 COSAFA Under-17 Championship final against Angola.

Siyasi came through the ranks of Ajax Cape Town and Mamelodi Sundowns before moving to Venda. He also had a brief stint with AmaTuks. Last season, he was one of the standout players in a Venda team that struggled, making 25 appearances. His most significant strength is his exceptional crossing ability and box entries.

He could prove a valuable addition to the Tim Sukazi-owned Galaxy. In the two matches played so far, the Mpumalanga side has started Lentswe Motaung as a right back.

Motaung started in the MTN8 quarter-finals against Sekhukhune United, a match they lost 3-2, as well as in the 2-0 defeat to Durban City FC in a Betway Premiership encounter. This comes after the recent departure of veteran fullback Marks Munyai.
