CLINTON LARSEN ANTICIPATES A TOUGH MOTSEPE FOUNDATION CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON

Larsen, who won promotion with Magesi in 2024, also admits that the upcoming season will not be an easy one.

“I think it’s going to be very competitive. Like I said, when I was at Magesi, nobody gave us a chance to achieve anything,” he told FARPost.

“All the talk was about the clubs that were more established, and I prefer it that way so that I can quietly get along with my work, and I think this time around, with the team surviving relegation on the last day of the previous season, I don’t think there will be much focus on us.

“The attention will go to your Cape Town City, Baroka FC, Black Leopards and the Casric Stars of this world. But it’s our job to make this a very competitive team. We will also show that we belong here and that we can compete here.”
