TS Galaxy winger Seluleko Mahlambi has opened up on his dream transfer move, stating that he would love to play for either Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs or Orlando Pirates.
Mahlambi has been one of the talked-about attackers since the start of the 2025/26 Betway Premiership following his impressive display in the colours of Galaxy.
The skilful winger is in his first season in the top-flight after coming through the Galaxy’s DStv Diski Challenge [DDC] side. In his early days with the senior team, Mahlambi has established a formidable combination with Puso Dithejane, who has won the Player of the Month award for August after a flying start to the new season.
The duo has been crucial for Galaxy as they won three successive matches in the league before the FIFA international break. Mahlambi has scored three goals and contributed two assists in six appearances across all competitions so far this campaign, forming a big part of head coach Adnan Beganovic’s plans.
WHAT SELULEKO MAHLAMBI SAID ABOUT HIS DREAM MOVE

Reflecting on his great start to the campaign, Mahlambi has revealed that he would love to play for Chiefs and Pirates in the future. The 21-year-old also shared that he wishes to play overseas to give his family a secure future.
“My target this season is to score at least 10 goals so that I can attract offers from other clubs because I still want to go outside and experience other things,” Mahlambi told FARPost.ย
“To tell you the truth, I grew up wanting to play for SuperSport United. I even had a wish to play for their development, but that didn’t happen.
“So right now in South Africa, I can say that the teams I would want to play for are Pirates and Chiefs. And also if I get an offer overseas, I would be very happy because that will help me to grow as a footballer, and my family will also be secured if I get a team overseas.”
