Former Orlando Pirates winger Craig Martin has resurfaced at SAFA Western Cape ABC Motsepe League side Hope FC following his departure from the Betway Premiership outfitย Chippa United.

The 32-year-old has been without a club since July 2025, as the Gqeberha-based outfit opted to cut ties with him at the end of the last campaign.

Hope FC, previously known as Sea Point Swifts FC, purchased the ABC Motsepe League status of Oriented Birds FC ahead of the start of the 2025/26 South African third-tier league.

As the club begins its new chapter in the ABC Motsepe League, they will be guided by coach Dylan Dean.

As a result, Hope FC aims to reach the Nedbank Cup Last 32, having commenced the qualification stage positively.

Hope FC will be competing in Stream A of the Western Cape ABC Motsepe League for the 2025/26 season, among 12 other teams.

Cape Town Spurs, CR Vasco Da Gama, Inter City FC, FN Rangers, Hout Bay United FC, Hanover Park, Junction Rovers AFC, Santos FC, Ubuntu FC, Young Bafana, Seaside Spurs FC and Zizwe United are the 12 clubs Hope FC will be competing against.
