TS Galaxy star Puso Dithejane has opened up about his dream of representing Bafana Bafana following his impressive start to the 2025/26 season.

Dithejane has had a glowing run of form in the new Betway Premiership season with the Rockets, producing mouth-watering performances in attack. The highly-rated attacker has featured in 10 matches across all competitions for Galaxy, scoring three goals and contributing four assists.

Dithejane has played a pivotal role in Galaxyโ€™s promising form. They are sitting seventh on the league table with 13 points in eight matches. The Mpumalanga-based side has won four league games, drawn one, and suffered defeats on three occasions.

Meanwhile, in Galaxyโ€™s form, Dithejane has played a pivotal role, forming a formidable combination with rising star Seluleko Mahlambi.

The 21-year-old has also won the Betway Premiership Player of the Month for August, beating Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Brandon Petersen and Sekhukhune United winger Keletso Makgalwa.

Dithejane is in his third season with TS Galaxy, having signed with the club from Chiefs after making a name for himself in the DStv Diski Challenge.

Speaking in an interview with FARPost, the skilful utility player expressed his ambitions to play for Bafana Bafana to grow his surname.

“Playing for Bafana is something I’m looking at, that’s why I have been working so hard this season,” the highly-rated attacker said. “So every time I step onto the pitch, I work very hard so that I can play for Bafana Bafana and grow the surname of my family.

“It will be a dream come true for me to play for Bafana Bafana because that will also allow me to play with some of the best players in the country.”
