Former Cape Town City FC and Stellenbosch FC striker Judas Moseamedi has resurfaced at Motsepe Foundation Championship side Black Leopards, FARPost has learnt.
Moseamedi has been without a club since he parted ways with Venda FC at the end of last season. Despite making an impact, helping the club survive relegation, Moseamedi was a surprise omission from the new players unveiled by the club at the beginning of the 2025/26 season.
Before his move to Venda, Moseamedi had a short stint at Durban City FC when they were competing in the first division.
He also spent six weeks at Tunisian side El Gawafel Sportives de Gafsa despite having joined on a two-year deal.
At the time, he cited two challenges as to why he made an early return home from Tunisia. The issue of the language barrier and his diet were the reasons he said promoted his return.
HAS JUDAS MOSEMAEDI SIGNED WITH BLACK LEOPARDS?
FARPost has established that Moseamedi has been training with Leopards for the past two weeks. He also featured in one of the friendly matches in Leopards colours during the October FIFA international break.

However, it appears the club has not decided on whether to sign the 31-year-old. Leopards have struggled to score this season with just three goals in their opening five matches.
This is despite the club having the likes of former PSL top goal scorer Mwape Musonda and Namibian international Bethuel Muzeu in their ranks.
MOTSEPE FOUNDATION CHAMPIONSHIP SIDE CAN NOW BEEF UP THEIR PLAYING PERSONNEL
The club has now received a green light to register new players after initial confusion about whether they were banned by FIFA at the beginning of the season.
The club played three matches without the required number of Under-23 players due to the same challenge. These include the first match of the season, where they only had 10 players on the match day.
