Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that their Betway Premiership clash against Durban City FC, scheduled for Friday, 31 October at Chatsworth Stadium, has been moved to a new venue.
Amakhosi will meet the SA top-flight newcomers in a match scheduled for 19:30. Durban City have had a decent start to life in the Betway Premiership under the guidance of experienced coach Gavin Hunt.
They are currently fifth on the table with 15 points from 10 matches, equal with Amakhosi, who have played two games less. Both Chiefs and Durban City have won four games each, but the Soweto giants boast a superior goal difference.
WHERE WILL THE FIXTURE BETWEEN KAIZER CHIEFS AND DURBAN CITY BE PLAYED?
In an update issued by the club on Monday afternoon, Chiefs confirmed that the fixture will now be played at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
However, all details regarding the match have not changed and will be played on the same date.
Before that fixture, Chiefs would also have played two other fixtures, including the CAF Confederation Preliminary Round second leg against AS Simba from the DR Congo.
Amakhosi played to a 0-0 draw against the DRC side at Stade TP Mazembe in Lubumbashi on Saturday. They are set to face Siwelele in a league clash at FNB Stadium on Wednesday, 22 October. Kickoff for the match against Siwelele is at 19:30.

With two games in hand over rivals Mamelodi Sundowns, Chiefs will be looking to close the gap at the top of the table. Chiefs are six points behind Sundowns, who are now on 21 points from their 10 matches so far.
Meanwhile, earlier on Monday, the club also announced some concerns about injuries with some players. This includes George Matlou, Ethan Chislett, Paseka Mako, Bontle Molefe, Given Msimango, and Rushwin Dortley still not available.
