TS Galaxy coach Adnan Beganovic has shared some insight on how they keep their on-form winger Seluleko Mahlambi improving after an impressive start to the season.
Mahlambi has been a revelation for the Betway premiership side with five league goals and a Man-of-the-Match award.
The 21-year-old was on the scoresheet when Galaxy lost 2-1 to Magesi FC at the Seshego Stadium last Saturday evening in the league.
Beganovic has described Mahlambi, the younger brother of former Mamelodi Sundowns star Phakamani, as a player with a DNA to score.
“If you talk about young Mahlambi, first of all, he has that DNA to be a top scorer,โ said Beganovic. โHe has the speed and the technique. The only thing we can do is to support and push him in a good and professional way.”
WHAT ADNAN BEGANOVIC IS IMPROVING IN SELULEKO MAHLAMBI’S GAME
Beganovic added: “We also try to fix his weaknesses and then improve his strengths. I think until we have had success, and we donโt want to stop, we want to push, and at the end of this season, we want to prove another two or three players.โ

TS GALAXY COACH PROUD OF HOW THE CLUB HAS PRODUCED TALENT OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS
“In the last three years, we just showed that we know how to improve young players. Especially our young offensive players, and I think TS Galaxy prepares and sells some of them to the PSL teams every year.
โI think it’s a great job for us. It’s a main point to find or recognise young talent, and it’s also on us how we train, how we want to improve our players physically and tactically.โ
Galaxy have scored 14 goals in the nine games they played this season, only second to Mamelodi Sundowns, who have scored 17.
