Nedbank Cup trophy

The paths for Motsepe Foundation Championship clubs seeking a spot in the prestigious Nedbank Cup Last 32 have been drawn by the PSL, setting the stage for the qualification matches.

The draw was conducted on Wednesday, 19 November 2025, at the PSL headquarters in Parktown and was streamed live on the PSL’s official Facebook page.

The Nedbank Cup qualification phase will see clubs from the South African second tier go head-to-head for a spot in the tournament’s Round of 32.

These matches will be played mid-week on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, and Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The PSL will confirm the venues and kick-off times in due course.

The process for the draw was standard since there were no seeded teams. The first ball to be picked was the home side, while the second ball was the away team.

Milford FC will welcome Baroka FC, while Upington City FC will travel to Cape Town to take on Cape Town City FC. Hungry Lions will host Venda FC. Leicesterford City FC will face AmaTuks at home in what will be the Gauteng Derby.
