Chiefs confirm venues for final two CAF home group clashes

Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the venues for their two remaining CAF Confederation Cup home group fixtures as they enter a high-stakes month aimed at reviving their continental ambitions.

Amakhosi have resumed their training, preparing for the resumption of the Betway Premiership as well as the continental football post the conclusion of the AFCON tournament.

They are fourth in the League standings after back-to-back draws against TS Galaxy and Chippa United prior to the AFCON break. Chiefs are only four points below rivals Orlando Pirates, who currently lead the standings.

They will resume with their 2025/26 campaign with a Betway Premiership clash against Golden Arrows on Tuesday, 20 January at the FNB Stadium, two days after the AFCON final.

Amakhosi will then resume with the CAF Inter-club duties for four consecutive weekends.

DURBAN AND POLOKWANE TO HOST KAIZER CHIEFS LAST CAF CONFEDERATION CUP FIXTURES

Chiefs will travel to Ndola to face Zambian side Zesco United on Sunday, 25 January 2026. They will then host the same side at the Moses Mabhida stadium in Durban on Sunday, 1 February, followed by another home tie against Al Masry of Egypt at the New Peter Mokaba stadium in Polokwane on Sunday, 8 February. All these fixtures are scheduled to kick off at 15:00.

KEY FIXTURES FOR AMAKHOSI AS THEY SEEK A PLACE IN THE KNOCKOUT STAGES

The final group-stage encounter will see Chiefs travel to Egypt to face Zamalek SC on Sunday, 15 February.

Amakhosi have played two games so far in Group D and have collected just a single point. They started their campaign with a 2-1 defeat away to Al Masry in Egypt.

They played to a 1-1 draw against Zamalek at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane in their second match. Chiefs have scored two while conceding three goals in the process.
