Betway Premiership side Magesi FC have secured the services of striker Sifiso Luthuli and right-back Siyabonga Ndlozi from Orlando Pirates. The two players join the club on loan moves until the end of the 2025/26 season.

Luthuli [24] joined the Buccaneers academy at the age of 17. He showed huge potential during his time at the club’s DStv Diski Challenge [DDC] during the 2019/20 season.

He also had stints at the club’s feeder team, Pele Pele and also spent time on loan at Pretoria Callies during the 2022/23 season.

However, the striker struggled for game time under coach Abdeslam Ouaddou, which prompted the club to send him out on a loan for the remainder of the season.

Ndlozi, on the other hand, joined the Buccaneers after impressing while at Golden Arrows reserve team.

The 23-year-old made his professional debut during a loan spell at Orbit College when they were still participating in the Motsepe Foundation Championship in 2023/24.

He was recalled to the Pirates’ side at the beginning of the 2024/25 season, and his first appearance in the match day squad was in January 2025 against Egyptian giants Al Ahly in a CAF Champions League group fixture in Cairo. He made his debut just 34 minutes into the contest.

Just like Luthuli, Ndlozi struggled with game time under Ouaddou and has also been sent out on loan.
