Betway Premiership side Stellenbosch FC has confirmed the triple signing of Kobamelo Kodisang and Mosa Lebusa, along with Tshegofatso Mabasa, on short-term deals.

Mabasa’s loan move was confirmed by his parent club Orlando Pirates on Tuesday. The 29-year-old has struggled for game time at the club under coach Abdeslam Ouaddou despite his proven scoring track record.

Mabasa was chasing the long-standing record of all-time leading scorer record at Pirates currently held by Benedict Vilakazi with 58 goals. He currently has 50 goals for the club.

He also scored 70 career goals for club and country and won the 2023/24 Lesley Manyathela Golden Boot award.
