Former Kaizer Chiefs winger Joseph Molangoane has given credit to Orlando Pirates star Relebohile Mofokeng. He believes he has the blueprint for success despite his smaller frame.

JOSEPH MOLANGOANE: RELEBOHILE MOFOKENG UNDERSTANDS THE GAME
According to Molangoane, players like Rele learn to read the game and find space. They also use their pace to outwit bigger opponents rather than relying on physical duels.
For Molangoane, Rele embodies the classic winger of old, someone who stands on the line, dribbles past defenders, and knows exactly how to make the most of every opportunity. His intelligence and understanding of the game make him a perfect example of how smaller players can thrive at the highest level. Mofokeng shows how โsmall-bodiedโ players how it is done.
โPlayers with small frames know how to be smart, a great example is Rele [Relebohile Mofokeng],โ Molangoane told FARPost.

โRele knows that his body does not allow him to go into too many duels. So most of the time, he has to get away from the defenders.
โHe always has to have the ball when he is alone in space. Then he goes into the one-on-one with the ball at his feet. This comes with understanding the game. Most players with smaller sizes are forced to understand the game very well.
โIt can be very simple. You just donโt make contact with bigger players. Great pace is key. You must be able to dodge. Knowing how to get away from them. Make sure you always get the ball when you are alone. Once you get the ball, you must make sure you fully use it.
โRele is the classic winger, the ones from the old days. They stood on the line and dribbled past you,โ Molangoane added.
