Prosport International agent Mike Makaab has provided insight on Olisa Ndah’s possible move to Stellenbosch FC following his exit from Orlando Pirates.
Ndah left Pirates a few days ago in what the club described as a mutual agreement to search for game time elsewhere, as the Buccaneers have a handful of options in the centre-back position.
The highly-rated defender cut ties with the Soweto giants after initially signing from Akwa United back in 2021 as one of the best talents on the African continent.
Ndah spent over four seasons at Pirates and won a handful of domestic trophies, including four successive MTN8 titles. At the Sea Robbers, the Nigerian international featured in 81 appearances across all competitions and chipped in with one goal.
Meanwhile, Ndah recently returned from a long-term injury at Pirates, and he struggled to get back to the matchday squad with Lebone Seema, Nkosinathi Sibisi, and Mpho Chabatsane preferred in the heart of defence.
STELLENBOSCH ARE IN DISCUSSION TO SIGN OLISA NDAH
With Ndah itching for regular game-time in the PSL, he has resurfaced at Stellenbosch. The ambidextrous defender arrived at Stellies on Monday to start training with the club.

FARPost reached out to his representative, Mike Mkaab, who confirmed that Ndah is indeed at Stellenbosch and the discussions around a possible deal have begun.
“Yes, I can tell you that Olisa Ndah is at Stellenbosch after leaving Orlando Pirates. We are discussing the possibility of a move with the club,” Makaab told this publication. “
“He arrived on Monday to start training with the club, and we’re hoping that by the end of this week, we could reach a conclusion on Olisa Ndah’s future. He received his clearance within the January transfer window from Pirates, so he will be eligible to play for the club immediately should he sign.”
