The much-anticipated Soweto Derby Legends match between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates has been called off for the second time.
The exhibition encounter, organised by Puzzle Pictures, was originally slated for Saturday, 7 February, at the Ellis Park Stadium. The fixture carried significant weight, as the winners were booked to test themselves against an International Legends squad in April.
After failing to take place in February, the clash was moved to Sunday, 29 March. However, the organisers have once again pulled the plug on the event just days before kick-off.
In yet another statement issued on Thursday, 26 March, the organisers confirmed that the match has now been officially cancelled.
