Siwelele FC have strengthened their technical team with the appointments of Musi Matlaba and Mario Masha, two men who previously worked under three-time CAF Champions League winner Pitso Mosimane.
FARPost can reveal that Matlaba is working with the club as a temporary technical consultant, assisting with scouting and player recruitment. On the other hand, Masha, who recently parted ways with Mamelodi Sundowns, has been appointed as the club’s second assistant coach to work alongside head coach Lehlohonolo Seema.
Seema also has former Orlando Pirates fullback Willem Jackson as his first assistant and Mswazi Tshabalala as goalkeeper coach.
The appointments form part of Siwelele’s preparations for the 2026/27 Betway Premiership campaign after the club finished 10th in its maiden top-flight season following the acquisition of SuperSport United’s Premiership status.
Matlaba, formerly with Sundowns and Al Ahly, arrives with extensive experience in technical analysis, opposition scouting and recruitment from his time working under Mosimane.
Masha, who also served in Mosimane’s technical setup, adds further experience to Seema’s backroom staff as the club looks to take another step forward in its second season in the Premiership.
