Mwaruwari, Nengomasha land new roles at Zim PSL side
Former Jomo Cosmos forward Benjani Mwaruwari has been appointed Ngezi Platinum Stars head coach and will work with legendary former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder as team manager.
Mwaruwari, who played for Manchester City at the pinnacle of his career, takes over from Rodwell Dhlakama.
‘The Undertaker’ will be assisted by Takesure Chiragwi, who has been holding fort since Dhlakama’s exit early this month, together with former Highlanders coach Bongani Mafu.
Ngezi are fifth on the log after amassing 15 points from nine games and visit Bulawayo Chiefs on Sunday.
