It will be an all-Cosafa refereeing team when Orlando Pirates face Morocco’s RS Berkane in the TotalEnergies Caf Confederation Cup final on Friday at Godwill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Nigeria.

The game is set to kick off at 21:00 (SA time).

The Zambian well-experienced referee Janny Sikazwe will take charge of the much-anticipated showdown, having officiated the 2016 Fifa Club World Cup final and the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations decider, and later took charge of two games at the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia.

Sikazwe will be assisted by Jerson Emiliano Dos Santos from Angola and Arsenio Chadreque Maringule of Mozambique, whereas the fourth official will be Joshua Bondo from Botswana.

Meanwhile, the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) will be led by Mahmoud Ashor from Egypt.

Caf also confirmed that the match will be shown live in a number of territories in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Europe.
