Arthur Zwane gives Christian Saile’s assessment
Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has given his assessment of the club’s January signing Christian Saile Basomboli’s stay at the club so far.
The 23-year-old penned a three-and-a-half-year deal with the DStv Premiership outfit from the Zambia Super League side Nchanga Rangers.
He seems to be gradually finding his way into Amakhosi fans’ hearts with many impressed by his performances thus far.
Meanwhile, Zwane says Saile’s humility makes it easy to work with him.
The Glamour Boys gaffer is delighted with the left-footer’s display up to this point and believes he can only get better going forward.

“He’s done well, I’m happy for him,” he told the journalists.
“Also the players are helping him to settle quickly, they have embraced him.
“He’s quite a good guy. Very humble and also willing to work his socks off.
“I’m happy that his hard work that he put in [against Maritzburg United] rewarded him with a goal.
“He deserves it and he’s a team player as well. But we’ll keep on working on him, we want him to keep improving his game and get his game better and better.
“The more we create that competition within the squad, then it’ll help as well to up our game time whenever they’re given a chance to play.”
Saile scored his first DStv Premiership goal when Chiefs downed Maritzburg United 3-2 in their last match.
It was his second goal in the famous Gold and Black colours after he also netted in the Nedbank Cup last 32 against Team of Choice.
He has featured in seven games in all competitions and provided one assist.
Meanwhile, the arrival of Saile has left Caleb Bimenyimana out in the cold with the Congolese being the most preferred.
Saile has started five of seven games he has played in Chiefs colours while he has come off the bench two times.
