“I think he is really a good coach because he is fair. If you are really performing, he will give you a chance as long as you are deserving.

“The way he manages the squad is one thing that makes the team tick. I think one that makes us gel is that everyone is happy within the team because of his support. The spirit is very high for both who are playing and not playing.”

EDMORE CHIRAMBADARE ON COACH CLINTON LARSEN

The former Kaizer Chiefs striker Chirambadare commended coach Larsen’s extensive experience, divulging what the coach told him upon his arrival at the club.

“You know, my brother, the coach, has been in football for quite some time, and I have been in football for a long time now, so he knows me, and I know him,” Chirambadare added.

“He has been coaching big teams in South Africa, both in the DStv Premiership and Motsepe Foundation Championship. So, when I arrived at the club, he told me that I should do what a striker does. He told me that he knows my capabilities, so I should go out there and do my best, and God will take care of the rest.”
