Sekhukhune relocates from Gauteng to a different province

With the 2022/23 DStv Premiership set to kick-off in August, one of the clubs have announced their relocation from the current home venue.

Sekhukhune United, who are originally from the Limpopo Province have been playing their home matches in Gauteng for the past two seasons.

The club have always made it clear that they are unable to play their matches in Limpopo due to lack of facilities.

With the relegation of Baroka to the national first division, Limpopo was left with one team in the Premier Division.

Sekhukhune have since confirmed that they will play all their home matches at the Peter Mokaba Stadium after reaching an agreement with the Polokwane Municipality.

FARPost has gathered that the deal is for the next three seasons.
