Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila boss clears the air on Royal AM ties 

Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila [TTM] players have been spotted in a Royal AM bus attending training sessions and matches, raising questions over who the actual owners of the club are.

The club, who recently moved from Limpopo to Bloemfontein recently, also used the same bus to their first match at Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium against Casric Stars on Saturday. 

TTM have also received backlash from the Bloemfontein Celtic fans, who accuse them of working with former Siwelele owner Max Tshabalala.

Tshabalala became enemy number one with the Siwelele faithful after selling the club to Royal AM two seasons ago. 

TTM chairman Masala Mulaudzi has since explained the relationship between the two clubs.

ROYAL AM AND TSHAKHUMA TSHA MADZIVHANDILA RELATIONSHIP NOTHING NEW 

“The relationship between TTM and Royal AM dates back a while ago before Celtic was sold to Royal AM or TTM buying Royal AM,” Mulaudzi told Free State Online Channel. 

“That relationship between Royal and TTM is well known. That’s a family relationship, so it has nothing to do with football. But obviously, I can’t divulge much. The whole nation knows about the relationship between the two clubs. 

“The bottom line is that our relationship with Royal AM has nothing to do with Max Tshabalala. So initially, TTM was meant to be sold, but if you remember, there were some issues between Royal AM and the league. We came in as a Messiah to try and assist and make sure that the sport runs smoothly,” he explained. 

“So that relationship is there. It has been there for a while. You must not be surprised when at some point, you will see MaMkhize around. So our relationship, whether football or not football, on the field or off the field. Our relationship still strives. That’s a family relationship.”
