Where Marumo Gallants will play their home games next season
Marumo Gallants’ chairman Abram Sello has spoken out on where the club will play their home games next season.
Questions had been raised over where they would be based with reports linking them to a switch to North West’s Royal Bafokeng Stadium next campaign.
The club has been using Peter Mokaba Stadium in Limpopo as their home ground for the last two seasons. Sello has since confirmed that there will be no changes.
“We are still in Peter Mokaba so far. Nothing new to say that we are going to any other province,” said the chairman.
“We will keep on fulfilling the needs of the South African football fraternity as where we can play as long as we are satisfied.
“To our football lovers, we will continue to deliver our passion, but at the moment we are still based where we are supposed to be.”
Meanwhile, a few days ago, Sekhukhune United officially announced that they will play their home games at Peter Mokaba Stadium when the 2022/23 season commences after reaching an amicable agreement with Polokwane Municipality.
Babina Noko has been playing their games in Gauteng for the past two years.
