His approach is very unpredictable: Arthur Zwane on facing Brandon Truter
Kaizer Chiefs coach Arthur Zwane has described Sekhukhune United mentor Brandon Truter as unpredictable in terms of his approach.
The two coaches meet for the third time on Saturday this season. In the previous two fixtures [in the league and MTN8 semi-final first leg], Truter was in charge of AmaZulu, and both matches ended in draws.
ARTHUR ZWANE DESCRIBES BRANDON TRUTER’S APPROACH
“His approach is very unpredictable. You don’t know how he’s going to approach the game. When you play cup games, the approach is different from league games,” Zwane told the media.
“This time around, we playing against Sekhukhune. He is a coach at Sekhukhune. The playing personnel is not the same as the one when he was at AmaZulu.
“That’s why I’m saying he’s a coach. You don’t know how he is going to approach the game. We have to be ready for what he will throw at us.”
WHY ZWANE ANTICIPATES A TOUGH ENCOUNTER
Zwane further revealed why he anticipates a tough encounter on Saturday.
“We are playing against a team that is very difficult. They got good players with a new coach as well.
“Their last game, they won 3-2 against Marumo Gallants. Like any other team, they got strong points and weaknesses. Focus now is to capitalize on their weaknesses.
“They are coming to us, we just have to make sure we get the maximum points we play at home. We know the three points won’t come on a silver platter. We’ve to dig deeper. We have to give our utmost best to get the result,” Zwane added.
Both teams will be aiming to make it two victories in two. Last time out, Amakhosi defeated Golden Arrows 2-0, whilst Babina Noko beat rivals Marumo Gallants 3-2 in a Polokwane derby.
Kickoff at FNB Stadium is at 8pm.
