Sundowns Ladies sign Banyana international Makhubela
Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies have made yet another signing: a reunion with former player Tiisetso Makhubela.
The African champions announced on Friday morning that the 24-year-old defender was back at Chloorkop,
Makhubela returns to Sundowns after spending time at a rival club, Tshwane University of Technology (TUT Ladies).
She becomes the second player to pen a deal with Sundowns from TUT Ladies ahead of the new Super League season, as the club announced the arrival of Gabonnelwe Salome Kekana last week.
“Let’s roll out a yellow carpet to welcome back one big stage and clutch player. Welcome back, Tiisetso Makhubela,” said Sundowns Ladies in a statement.
