With George Maluleka’s exit already confirmed by Mamelodi Sundowns, the DStv Premiership champions continue to release players.
FARPost has gathered that the club is mulling some players’ futures with a few more exits to come.
The latest departure is that of Sibusiso Vilakazi, who will become the second Sundowns star to leave the club, joining Maluleka, whose exit was confirmed by the club on Thursday.
Vila’s contract expires at the end of June, and the DStv Premiership champions have decided not to exercise their option to extend.
The 32-year-old only made 11 appearances in all competitions in the just-ended season, only providing one assist. He joined the club in 2016 from Bidvest Wits.
