Chippa trio on the move
Chippa United is set to lose three key players ahead of the new season. The Chilli Boys had a tough season in the DStv Premiership after managing just five wins in 30 matches to marginally survive relegation.
Youngster Aloza Matrose and the club’s top goal scorer Bienvenu Eva Nga are reportedly on their way to Orlando Pirates. Defender Veluyeke Zulu has joined Amazulu FC after being previously linked to Kaizer Chiefs.
The midfield sensation Matrose has made 14 appearances and scored a stunning goal against Supersport United, named Goal of the Month in March. The former Bidvest Wits goal poacher, Nga, has scored ten goals in 29 appearances and was the third top goal scorer in the league.
Meanwhile, Zulu made 26 appearances for the Gqeberha-based side and chipped in with two goals.
