Mamelodi Sundowns left-back Aubrey Modiba has revealed how coach Rulani Mokwena has impacted his life since they started working together.
The ex-SuperSport United man has earned the trust of his coach, Mokwena, as he has featured in 33 games across all competitions for the Brazilians this season.
Modiba was speaking ahead of their much-awaited CAF Champions League semi-final second-leg clash against Wydad AC on Saturday 20, May 2023.
The game will take place at Loftus Versfeld Stadium, with the kick-off set for 15:00.
Ticket for this game will be free when football fanatics come wearing yellow or any Sundowns regalia on the day.
The first leg ended in a 0-0 draw in Morocco last week, which saw Masandawana play with nine-man after Neo Maema and Marcelo Allende received red cards following questionable calls from the match official after a VAR review.

The Limpopo-born footballer divulged that the 36-year-old mentor has impacted his life in a positive and has learned a lot from him.
“I think working with coach Rulani personally has positively impacted my life because there’s a lot of things that he does and transfer them into my life besides football, because of the way he works, demanding and how he wants things to be done,” Modiba told members of the media.
“So, I think one thing he’s a workaholic. I always say that he doesn’t sleep. It’s exciting and we learn something new every day. There’s always a purpose in everything he does.
“And it shows in most of the games because he watches most football games and I think I have learned to watch a lot of football as well.”
The 27-year-old defender continued: “You can see everyone has improved especially in the team from their previous teams and the way we play. I think I can write a book about him.
“Like I said, even my life has changed the way I work and the way I try to plan my things accordingly. And thanks to him.”
Bafana Ba Style are expected to fight with everything they have to book a spot in the Champions League finals where they will face either Al Ahly or Esperance.
