Joseph Molangoane set for big role at Marumo Gallants?
Motsepe Foundation Championship side Marumo Gallants are reportedly eying to give former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Joseph Molangoane new responsibilities at the club.
Molangoane is currently a player at Bahlabane ba Ntwa but has struggled for game time in recent times. This will be his fourth season at the club since joining them back in 2020.
Marumo were relegated to the SA second tier after finishing at the bottom of the DStv Premiership last campaign with 29 points from 30 outings.

This publication understands that the club is grooming the 35-year-old footballer to take over as the team manager.
However, there are no indications that he will retire. Molangoane is still training with the rest of the players ahead of the new season.
According to the PSL fixtures leaked draft, the Motsepe Foundation Championship will roar to life on Friday, 25 August 2023.
Marumo are set to take on Casric Stars in their first game of the season. This will be on Sunday, 27 August away from home, as per the leaked fixtures draft.
FORMER BLACK LEOPARDS TRAINING WITH MARUMO GALLANTS
Meanwhile, former Black Leopards goalkeeper Rotshidzwa Muleka is also training with Marumo.
Muleka was initially on the verge of joining Venda Football Club. He featured for them during a pre-season tournament at Baroka Village, but the club seemingly made a sudden u-turn.
He will be one of the new signings unveiled by the club in Sandton on Thursday.
Muleka is one player who will be expected to add much-needed experience and value to Marumo’s goalkeeping department as the new term looms large.
With that being said, Marumo will be gunning to achieve its ultimate goal of gaining automatic promotion to the DStv Premiership.
