VFC Liason officer Elija Mulaudzi has also confirmed the arrival of Rashamuse who will also serve as a scout. Mulaudzi says the club is expecting a full house in Thohoyandou when they play their first home match in 2024.

“We are playing against a club that is number three on the log. So the tickets are already on sale. We have an open stand that will be R20 and the grandstand that will cost R30,” he said.

“So obviously this is our first match of the year and our people would want to be there to watch their team play for the first time this year.

“We played our first two matches away this year. It’s a big clash and we are promising our supporters that we are going for maximum points.”

VFC are currently second from bottom on the log with 19 points from 19 games. One point above the bottom-placed Platinum City Rovers.
