Billiat hits impressive stats as Zim league reaches halfway mark

Former Kaizer Chiefs talisman Khama Billiat is proving that he is not yet a spent force, with some impressive statistics as Zimbabwe’s PSL reaches the halfway mark.

The 33-year-old returned to Zimbabwe in February 2024 to join Yadah FC after failing to secure a club in the DStv Premiership.

Firstly, he arrived in Zimbabwe and instantly became the highest-paid player in the league. In addition, Billiat is earning R 90 000 [USD 5000] per month.

And he is living up to his billing, raising the profile of Yadah FC, who have battled relegation since they were promoted in 2016.

This weekend, the league reached its halfway mark and the stylish forward is one of the players with impressive numbers. Interestingly, this is despite his team blowing hot and cold since the season started.
