After suffering relegation to the ABC Motsepe League, Cape Town Spurs have announced the arrival of Roger De Sa as the technical director.
The Urban Warriors were relegated to the third tier of the South African football after a string of underwhelming results in the Motsepe Foundation Championship last season.
Spurs suffered relegation for the second successive season after being relegated from the Betway Premiership last season.
The Cape Town-based side spent only one season in the SAโs top-flight, having gained promotion in the 2023/24 season. In the same season, Spurs struggled for a consistent winning form, resulting in automatic relegation back to the NFD.
While Spurs were eager to make a quick return to the Premiership, they hit a slump in the second division. They only managed to collect 30 points in 30 league matches, having registered six wins, 12 draws, and lost 12 times.
CT Spurs finished 15th on the league table, which saw them drop to the ABC Motsepe League for the 2025/26 season.
