Following his departure from Mamelodi Sundowns, talented defender Rivaldo Coetzee has resurfaced at Betway Premiership side Sekhukhune United.
The defender-cum-midfielder has been without a club after parting ways with Sundowns upon the expiry of his contract on the 30th of June 2025.
Coetzee spent seven seasons in the colours of Sundowns after joining the club in the 2018/19 season from Ajax Cape Town, now known as Cape Town Spurs.
The 28-year-old had a successful stint with Masandawana after winning several league titles and the African Football League [AFL] in 2023.
In the past few years, Coetzee’s career has been marred by persistent injuries; however, indications are that he has fully recovered from his setbacks and is ready to return to competitive football.
