Sekhukhune United winger Keletso Makgalwa has pinned his hopes on veteran striker Bradley Grobler to achieve his intended targets this season.
Makgalwa and Grobler have formed a deadly combination since the former SuperSport United striker arrived at the club in the new 2025/26 campaign.
Makgalwa has already registered five assists across all competitions this season, highlighting his creative contribution. Notably, one of these assists was directly for Grobler during their MTN8 quarter-final victory against TS Galaxy.
Grobler, on the other hand, has been on fire for his new side, netting eight goals in all competitions. Earlier this season, Grobler revealed the conversation he had with the former Mamelodi Sundowns player to help improve his game.

Speaking to FARPost, the 28-year-old also revealed the kind of relationship they share. “It’s not necessarily a bet, I know Bradley can score goals and I can assist,โ Makgalwa told this publication.

โSo me and him spoke about that [our strengths].ย I told him I want 20 to assist this season, and he told me that I will help you to achieve that. So it’s just a teammate relationship, and he’s also a good guy,โ added Makgalwa.
SEKHUKHUNE UNITED WINGER PLEASED WITH THE CLUBโS START TO THE BETWAY PREMIERSHIP SEASON
Makgalwa, who was recently included in the Bafana Bafana preliminary squad but missed the cut for the 2026 FIFA World Cups squad for the Zimbabwe and Rwanda games this month, has credited the clubโs pre-season for their current form.
Sekhukhune are second on the Betway Premiership log, trailing defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns by a point with a game in hand.
“We had a good pre-season, so everything went well. I have set myself some goals, you know that I need to achieve. With the help of my friend Bradley, I can achieve those goals. That’s what I am looking forward to at this point in time.”
