Chippa United head coach Brandon Truter has confirmed that there are offers on the table for the services of highly-rated attacker Sinoxolo Kwayiba.
Kwayiba has been on an impressive run of form at Chippa since rejoining the club in January 2026 on a permanent deal from Orlando Pirates.
The Bafana Bafana international spent the first round of the 2025/26 Betway Premiership season in Pirates colours, having signed in July 2025.
Kwayiba had an unsuccessful spell with the Buccaneers and struggled for regular playing minutes, which resulted in his abrupt exit from Pirates.
After returning to the Chuilli Boys, Kwayiba has regained his best form, playing a major role in helping the club survive relegation to the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
Kwayiba and his Chippa teammates avoided relegation on the last day of the campaign in the Premiership after defeating Kaizer Chiefs 1-0 at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.
The victory over Amakhosi saw the Eastern Cape outfit climb to the 13th position on the league table to retain their status in the top-flight.
SINOXOLO KWAYIBA LINKED WITH KAIZER CHIEFS AND STELLENBOSCH FC

Having played a major role at United with six goals and one assist in 16 appearances across all competitions, reports have emerged linking the talented forward with a move away from the club.
Kwayiba is reportedly on the radar of Kaizer Chiefs and Stellenbosch FC, who are looking to secure his services for the 2026/27 season. His coach, Brandon Truter, has admitted that there are offers for the 26-year-old, and it will be up to Chippa United to decide on the next step.
“I believe there are a few offers on the table for Kwayiba. Unfortunately, I only have one game at the club, I can’t give my opinion, but ultimately it’s the club that has to decide on the transfers of the players,” Truter said.
“In the new season, you’d like to retain your best players, but clubs need to survive, and if it’s a good offer, why not go for it? We have so many talented players in the DStv Diski [Challenge side] that can put up their hand.”
