Durban City FC bids farewell to nine players

Durban City FC released players

KwaZulu-Natal’s Durban City FC have triggered a major squad overhaul ahead of the 2026/27 Betway Premiership season, parting ways with nine players in a ruthless pre-season clear-out.

The club confirmed the mass exodus on Monday, 29 June 2026, via a press release as they began a squad overhaul.

With the new technical team at the helm, the club has moved swiftly to trim the squad, announcing both the end of loan agreements and permanent contract expirations.
