Motsepe Foundation Championship side Magesi FC have confirmed the appointment of Morgan Mmamila, as first reported by FARPost.
Magesi were demoted to the Motsepe Foundation Championship after failing to rescue their premiership status via the PSL Promotional/Relegation playoffs. They finished the season in 15th spot and spent only two seasons in the top flight.
However, the club has embarked on a rebuilding process, first with the dismissal of the technical staff led by head coach Allan Freese, assistant coach Abram Nteo, fitness coach Pedro Picarro and goalkeeper coach Fiston Kabwanga.

But on Thursday, the club announced former Chippa United and Moroka Swallows coach Mammila as the Director of Football. Mammila is no stranger to management roles. He was the CEO of Baroka FC when they gained promotion to the elite league in 2016. He also held a similar role at Chippa United before transitioning into the head coach position.
