After a failed move to Motsepe Foundation Championship side Real Native FC, FARPost has now gathered that goalkeeper Oscarine Masuluke has resurfaced at Polokwane City FC
As FARPost reported earlier this month, the former Stellenbosch FC keeper had been training with the National First Division [NFD] side, Real Native FC, with the hope of securing a contract.
This comes after the 33-year-old parted ways with Stellenbosch FC following a three-season spell at the Cape Winelands-based side.
The 2017 FIFA Puskás Award nominee was let go following the conclusion of the 2025/26 Betway Premiership season.

This publication has established that Masuluke stopped training with the Mpumalanga-based side last week, ahead of their first match of the new 2026/27 season. It appears as if the two parties failed to reach an agreement when it comes to the terms of a contract, which resulted in the former Baroka FC goalkeeper leaving.
Real Nathi, formerly Casric Stars, have been searching for a replacement for goalkeeper Wandile Mthombeni, who joined Betway Premiership side Siwelele FC.

This publication has further established that Masuluke arrived in Polokwane last week as soon as he stopped training with Real Native.
The goalkeeper has not yet signed with the club, but indications are that the club is keen to rope him into the side.
Lindokuhle Mathebula is currently the number one goalkeeper at the club, with Ayanda Ngwenya and Mashudu Makhavhu also part of the goalkeeping department.
