DStv Premiership outfits Sekhukhune United and Supersport United are set to participate in the inaugural Northern Cape Premier’s Cup as part of pre-season preparations.
The duo will be joined by hosts Motsepe Foundation Championship side Hungry Lions and Botswana outfit Jwaneng Galaxy.
“Hosting of Rugby Currie Cup Finals in Kimberly was the best dress rehearsal for this tournament, and we’ve seen the passion of home fans and how they like Sports. We invite them again for this exciting tournament,” said the tournament organizer Luyanda Papu assisted by SAFA Northern Cape and Authority Board.
The province’s Premier will attend the official launch on July 27th. The one-day tournament will take place on July 31st.
