The result was massive in their Moroccan Botola Pro League sojourn as they hope to secure a CAF Champions League spot.

Meanwhile, Bafana Bafana marksman Lyle Foster returned to action after an injury spell. He played 11 minutes for Burnley FC as they narrowly missed out on the Championship title despite beating Millwall FC on Saturday.

They came back from behind to win 3-1 at the Turf Moor. As a result, they ended the 2024/25 season sitting on 100 points.

Furthermore, Bongokuhle Hlongwane played 89 minutes for Minnesota as they beat Austin FC 3-0 on Sunday morning. Anthony Markanich and Joaquín Pereyra scored a goal each, and Austin FC midfielder Ilie Sánchez scored an own goal to seal Minnesota United’s win.
